how do I prevent soffice.bin --terminate_after_init to generate zombie process?

When I execute /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin --terminate_after_init, it will generate a zombie process. How do I prevent this? Of course the command did properly what I expected.

Is it a bug? I am using LibreOffice 6.1.5.2 10(Build:2) on Linux.

This is a pretty huge domain of operating systems / distributions (can’t confirm your observation on openSUSE Leap 15.2 and using LibreOffice 6.2.8.2 / 6.3.6.2 / 6.4.7.2 / 7.0.5.2 / 7.1.3.2 from TDF / libreoffice.org)
