Writer: style inspector malfunctions

Playing with the style inspector to see the added-value in author work, I stumbled on two “malfunctions”:

  • when style details are expanded, an alphabetical list of all attributes is displayed but this list is clipped to the window (pane) size. The scroll bar allows to scroll only one line worth (i.e. it allows to fully display the first item Paragraph Styles but does not scroll past the last attribute already displayed at bottom)

  • I inserted a “formula” table with “fn”+F3 and selected the formula number. I know a right alignment is added with direct formatting (as can be demonstrated with Ctrl+M) but this is not shown in the style inspector: Paragraph Direct Formatting is empty

Has anybody met such malfunctions?

As I am reconfiguring my computer for Wayland (proprietary drivers, changes in configuration, …) I want to make sure this is not related to my configuration before reporting a bug.

How to Report Bugs in LibreOffice

Strange, it looks like Mike Kaganski’s previous comment has disappeared as well as my feedback with the initial bug number. Meanwhile the bug report has been split. So here they are again: tdf#142190 and tdf#142481.
