“Procedure?” The default condition is Automatic and Calc does the scaling for you. But if you want to adjust the scale, double-click on the chart to put it into Edit mode, then click on the numbers along the axis that you want to adjust to select that axis, then right-click there to get the dialog box, select Format Axis, select the Scale tab, uncheck the Automatic boxes, and enter your choice of numbers for the scale. It sounds complicated, but really is not.
