File updated yesterday and this message appeared today
- Unzip the
odsZIP container (or better extractcontent.xmlfrom the ZIP container) - open file
content.xmlusing your preferred XML editor - Format the XML into some readable format
- Find the problem in the XML subdocument (your preferred XML editor should show the problem if it has some XML validator / format checking capabilities)
- Fix the issue
- Re-integrate the content.xml to the
.odsZIP container (replacing the existing file) - Try to open using Calc.
If that sounds a bit Greek to you, your only choice seems to be to upload your file, so someone could investigate and try to fix for you.

-2- Using an enhanced zip software (7zip works well for me on Win10, WinZip also ok), you can directly open the.ods with it, from the view you get open the content.xml with an XML editor (Notepad++ , XML-tools added I would suggest), repair it, and directly save it back to the .ods.
No special extraction/re-insertion needed then.
