Adjust row height in table

i have a table in a text document and want to adjust row height

By default, row height is set to Fit to size so that it is automatically adjusted to content size.

If you have specific needs, put the cursor in the row and Table>Size>Row Height. This will lock row height. Should the content overflow, clipping will be indicated with a red triangle at bottom right of cells.
