Why does the Hyperlink insertion window close when Apply button is clicked?

I just upgraded to 4.2.1.1. I am using Insert Hyperlinks in a table in Writer to reference graphic files of screen shots taken of stock market movements. I select Insert>Hyperlink, set the Document Path>Open>Apply. In the previous version of LO, the Hyperlink window remained open until either the Close button or the X in the upper right corner was clicked. Since upgrading the box now closes when Apply is clicked.

I prefer the old way from the previous version. The current version adds extra steps to the process and I have 50 to 100 hyperlinks per document.

Is this a bug or a deliberate change?

That has been reverted now (at least for LibreOfficeDev 4.3.0.0.alpha0+)
