Want to change something in word but don’t know how to do it. I want to remove the underline in the text and have the bold button showing. Also Have an email address showing as a link and I want to use it as normal text

Your first issue isn’t very clear. Do you want to edit the text or the toolbar? If you want to edit the bar go to >view and then to > toolbars and then at the very bottom there should be something like config or so (my version is in German), there you can edit toolbars add and remove buttons under the tab toolbar. To solve the other issue select the email address and click over it with the right button. Then click on remove hyperlink.
