On this page I saw Just Color Picker got support for the Adobe Color (.aco) format for a long times. What’s that? Does LibreOffice allowed to use that?
There is a useful question on colour palettes on OpenOffice site. Colour palettes used by LibreOffice have extension .soc and can be read in a text editor. I think .aco are quite different.
