I have some colored text, how can I find out which color is that?

I want to use it on other places.

Place your cursor within the colored text > right-click > choose Character > Font Effects tab > Font Color will be displayed.

Hope this helps!

What if there is no such color in my LO colors table? Does it show the RGB, for example? And if id doesn't, how to find out the color in this case? Thanks.

If the color you are searching for is a user defined color, select the text, choose "Font color" in the toolbar and select the "document colors" palette.
