The installation package could not be opened

I am trying to install Libre Office_ 7.1.4 but I keep getting the following error message.

’ The installation package could not be opened etc,etc.

My operation system is Windows 7 64 bit and web my browser is Google Chrome.

I also tried to install version 7.0.6 but get the same error nessage

I have managed to install it now. There was problem with Windows Installer installing MSI files.
I downloaded it as a torrent and it installed perfectly fine.
