Writer is only printing header

Libre Office Writer 7.1.2.2
MAC OS X Big Sur 11.5 Beta

I built a letterhead using Header and Footer. It’s 100% text based.
It is a two line header. The footer is one line.
I typed the body of my letter. When I print, it only is printing the first line of the Header.
Have I defined a range or something? If so, it was by accident. How do I check?
Is there something else that could be wrong? Any help is appreciated.

UPDATE: I have discovered it’s the printer. I have opened several documents from other programs and they’re all having the same issue. Sorry to bother.

This isn’t an ordinary forum but a question and answer board, where all answers are supposed to be solutions for the question. Your update isn’t a solution, so I added it to the question and deleted the answer.
