Often when working on presentations, it would be really practical to be able to hide slides with just one click. Currently one has to select the slide, right-click, select "hide slide", and then move to next one. When one has to hide several slides in a long presentation, this is unnecessary, and would be nice to be able to do it just with one simple click.

Best would be to add a simple visual button in the slide sorter view next to each slide, where one can hide and un-hide the slide.

You can select multiple slides in slide sorter with ctrl / shift (or using arrow keys and ctrl+space).. and then hide just once. Also there was already such a button in the past, but people accidentally hide the slides so it was removed.

Thanks for the solution. And yes, I thought I remember having used such button, but was not sure and thought that I might have remembered having seen it on somebody else's Powerpoint or the like.
