Yes, through a remote extension drive where the files from the old computer are stored.
What files do you want to import?
“Content files” (so e.g. Calc sheets) or configuration files?
The first has to be transfered to the new computer e.g. using a USB stick or as @isa4u using any cloud solution.
The configuration files do mostly work the same way, but they are a bit “hidden” (and depend on your operating system). Ask here again if you meant the config files.
