I've created a file with Charts in MS OFFICE 2010

I open this file in LibreOffice 4.3 and save a copy of the file with .docx extension WITHOUT any changes, now while closing the file LO is asking me Save changes to document "Test.docx" before closing?

Now if I save the document without saving the changes and try to open it in MS Office, file will open successfully, but few of the properties are lost But if I save the changes while closing the document and try to open it in MS Office, this time file is Corrupt.

Please note that there is not changes made by me in the file.

Anybody has encountered the same?

What would be root cause?

Even though my LO is LibreOffice 420m0(Build:3) , I've been experiencing similar issues (not exactly the same) - Writer crashes when opening a .docx directly from a directory (using KDE, Qt: 4.8.5, KDE: 4.13.0 KDE Daemon: 4.13.0, and Archlinux 3.14.1-1-ARCH x64). When I launch a .docx using the libreoffice command from bash, it's loading without any problems. Anyone?

I would also like to note, that the support of embedded images from docx's is lagging intensively. I'll dwelve into it later.
