I've just upgraded from 4.1.2.3 to 4.2.4.2 and in old version when I copy/pasted a TIFF file into Writer which has dots in squares, I had the squares showing, now I don't

I can’t upload a TIFF file for you to see because I get a message from webpage “>3 points required”
I need to see the squares, not just the points delimiting their corners, but I can’t work out what to do.

Which OS are you using?

I would suggest that you uninstall 4.2.4.2 and get version 4.1.6.2 (the final version in the 4.1 branch) at
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-stable/

If the problem does not occur then it’s a regression in the 4.2 branch. It would be great if you reported it at https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/

PS It works fine in 4.1.6.2, so I will report it.
