Prevent specific Heading from appearing in TOC

I have some H3 that i don’t want them to appear in the table of contents, iam using LibreOffice 4.2.3.3 , how can i do that ?

Menu Insert > Insert Table & Indexes > tab index table middle of the right side Evaluate up to level and set this to 2.
