I would like to prevent Impress from counting hidden slides when assigning slide numbers.
Is that possible in a simple way?
I had a look at an presentation I could not find such a functionality. Please have a look into the free manual, which you find here: http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/documentation/
Possible work-around: Create at the end of your presentation a slide and call it “parking lot” (or whatever you like) and move the slides you don’t want to show after this slide. So you keep the slides in your presentation but they don’t count in the number of the slide you show.
On this page there is a similar issue from 2014, and its Status says “VERIFIED FIXED”:

Could it be a regression, or does one have to install the presented patch to make this work ?
