Are there plugins or extensions that will offer me a more robust thesaurus and dictionary?

Libre Writer, version 4.2.4.2. The thesaurus is so limited as to be useless. Same for the dictionary. Thanks.

Have you looked for and tried any, or are you referring the default? In what language? Did you see the More dictionaries online… menu item (under Tools > Language)?
