Can I get rid of lots of extra space at the end of a Base form?

[LibreOffice Base Version: 4.2.5.2, HSQLDB Embedded Local Database, English Language. Windows 8.1, English Language.]

I’ve created a database that I use for sermon notes and research. However, when I open the form for data entry, there is tons of extra space after the end of all of the form’s controls. Is there a way to tell the form to end in a certain place, say, through a command in the form editor? Ultimately, I want the scroll bar to bottom out when the bottom control box is visible, not in a blank area of the document.

How did you create the form? Did you use a wizard?

Forms are created in “Web Layout” as default. In “Web Layout” the size adapts to the window, same as you are used to in browsers. To get a fixed size you have to switch to “Print Layout”. You can do it in design (edit) mode. Find the “Print Layout” in menu View. When you have switched to “Print Layout” you can set the size of the form in menu Format > Page as you would do it for a Writer document. Save the changes. When the form is open for input, you cannot change the layout.

That was exactly what I needed. Thanks so much for your help!
