Editing multiple hyperlinks in LibreWriter

I am working with a fairly large document in LibreOffice Writer which incorporates many hyperlinks that direct to a website. My goal is to have the document be self-contained, so that all of the hyperlinks direct to the relevant portion of the document itself, so that it can be used offline, particularly on the Kindle. Is there any way that I could edit every instance of a given word/hyperlink so that they all direct to the same portion of the document, instead of having to go through each link one at a time?

Hmmm… one way of doing this would be to open the Writer document as text (unzip it, then work directly on the XML) and do a search-and-replace on the urls to convert them to local links.

That method could be a bit tricky, especially depending upon how internal links are represented.

If the direct method doesn’t work for you (or you’d like something a bit more polished, using a GUI :-), then please file an enhancement bug.

Please post a link to any bugs you file in a comment below using the format “fdo#123456”.

Thanks!
