Libre Office is asking for JRE intermittenly, but I need win 8.1 magnifier which is not compatible with JRE, it is brutual to extract JRE when you can not see the screen.

Please edit your question to make it clearer why you feel this is an LO-related issue. LO has no control over the compatibilibity of the Windows 8.1 Magnifier with Java. At present this seems to be the essence of the question. Thanks.
