Hi all,

How to add a picture since the relative path? Currently the pictures are pasted into the rtf files, but I'd like to referencing to the pics since their path in order to decrease the rtf files size.

Is it possible?

You are using quite an old version of LO. I tested v3.5.7.2 and it does appear that the ability to preserve linked images for the Rich Text Format (RTF) does not work. The situation under v4.1 and v4.3 is similar: images are embedded, regardless of whether the link option is checked at the time of insertion or not. There has been quite a bit of work of improving RTF compatibility recent, so I would suggest reporting a bug about this issue, as there does not appear to be any open report at present. If you do report a bug, please post a link back here in a comment beneath this answer, so that others may track the progress. Thanks.
