Calc: Pivot table not filling or populating on SUM

Pivot Tables were working previously, I did fiddle with some of the autocomplete functionality, as per

However now when I go to do the same steps when they were working, they now are not:

Any additional information that is needed I will provide.

#update:

Instead of SUM i used COUNT instead, and it seemed to work. Still seems a little mysterious.

Please verify the values to sum are numbers not text numbers. LibreOffice lately it’s more strict about text numbers in operations, and doesn’t work in sums.
