Pie Chart colors are lost after converting xls to pdf using LibreOffice converter. LibreOffice version is 3.3. OS Linux. After the conversion of MS Excel file the sectors of the pie chart have the same color. Is there any solution to have differed colors for sectors in the pie chart after pdf-export ?

You are using a very old version of LO. Quite a lot has been done to improve chart handling since then. The issue as described sounds similar to bug fdo#40320, which was fixed for v3.5.2. Note however that there are still problems under more recent versions of LO (e.g., v4.3) associated with chart handling when using the XLS file format e.g., fdo#81510.
