[Writer] Force page break only on empty line/whitespace?

Let’s say this is your LibreOffice writer text document:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur. Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum.

repeated 100 times. How can I make it so that the pages break, when printing, only on the empty whitespace lines after/before paragraphs? In other words, force a paragraph to not break unless the paragraph itself takes up more than a whole page.

EDIT: I just found Paragraph Style → Text Flow > Do not split paragraph BUT this is not what I’m looking for since libreoffice seems to consider:

Line 2.

as able to be split, since they have a manual enter press to force the next line. I want to break the page via white space between lines only.

Use two different paragraph styles: one for the paragraphs containing text and for the blank lines. Set the “Keep with next” setting for the paragraph style associated with the text but not the paragraph style associated with the blank lines.
