How to reset equation ratio/scale/size in Writer

I have written an equation in LibreOffice Writer.

After scaling it by error, I would like to return it precisely to the default size and aspect ratio.

How can I do it, is there a reset style button I have not seen?

(My current workaround is to create a new equation and copy paste the code)

This is currently not possible and the original size (as per an inserted image) does not appear to be calculated or stored. Right-click on an inserted formula object > Object… > Type tab > Size section is where an Original Size button would be expected, but all the options are greyed out and there is no button. These enhancement requests are somewhat related, but none specifically address the issue raised:

  • fdo#32419, When inserted on Writer, get “Base size” for formulas from underlining paragraph
  • fdo#66747, Scaling equation frame scales equation font
