How to convert hyperlink document path links from .doc to .odt?

Libre Writer Version: 4.2.6.3
MS Windows 7 Pro 64

I have very many documents carried over from prior MSWord, wherein I had heavily employed hyperlinks as quick jumps to references to other documents on my drive. Although I successfully (and painlessly!) converted these over to LibreOffice, these internal hyperlinks are now functionless, since they all refer to .doc files in their link paths, but the destination files now all have .odt extensions.

To manually edit each and every such link would be a daunting task indeed. Isn’t there some automatable way of doing so? The otherwise very handy Alt.Find&Replace extension seems to have no function for this (or I just can’t find it).

I’ve searched without fruition for such a solution, and would muchly appreciate a sign. Thanks.
