How do I obtain a login for help.libreoffice.org so that I can comment on the Help?

You will likely require a login for the Wiki ("Create account" link at top right), however at present the Help pages appear to be restricted. Note this text on the page linked in the question:

Later, you will be able to participate, and improve the help pages.

It is not clear when "later" is but I am sure if you contact the Documentation or Localisation team, they will provide further information about this.

hey, here we are in 2016 and we still can't improve the outdated documentation. For instance https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/C..., it's now "Track Changes" -> "Compare Document". Don't make a wiki if the public can't contribute, make something you fully support and maintain...
