How do I obtain a login for help.libreoffice.org so that I can comment on the Help?
You will likely require a login for the Wiki (“Create account” link at top right), however at present the Help pages appear to be restricted. Note this text on the page linked in the question:
Later, you will be able to participate, and improve the help pages.
It is not clear when “later” is but I am sure if you contact the Documentation or Localisation team, they will provide further information about this.
