Why from LiO 4.3.x is missing the quick startup option in windows. In linux version this option is still there.
There have been a number of similar questions on Quickstarter, Windows and 4.3. for example
What happened to Quickstarter?. Although the option is still there on Linux versions, it is expected to disappear from there also. The improvements in startup time for LibO have left the Quickstarter as a placebo, and there were problems with using it with Windows. Peter
