Trying to get equal white space on top and bottom of page with text.
You might put the text in a text frame. The frame can be anchored to the page and centered vertically and need not have a visible border.
This does NOT accomplish automatic page centering. It requries considerable work. Not to mention that LibreOffice is frequently going blank while I’m typing and crashing.
