Could you please explain how LibreOffice did not violate the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Libraries License by including it in your program. [closed]

Under Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Libraries License it states that You may not: publish the software for others to copy; transfer the software or this agreement to any third party.

Those are called redistributable for a reason.
