Formatting particular Datapoint in graph

Like MS excel is it possible to change the color of the particular datapoint in libre office.

for example in an line graph if a range goes more than 85% percent I want to make that particular data point between 85 to 100 in green and below 50% should be changed to red. Is that possible?

I did try to select one particular data point and right click-> select format data point I was able to change only the color of the icons denoting data point-> If I try to format data series then the color of the entire line changes.

Please let me know the steps if possible.

Thank you,

There is a similar function in LO4.3. Check this blog from Markus Mohrhard (he works for LO) here.

He mentions that it works not for all chart types. You might have to try around.

@horst - Thanks for that link. I had a look and made a test in 4.3.2 portable and it works fine. Limitation is to: Column, bar, pie and area charts or column-line chart and here for the column part only.

As far as I know the functionality in MSO and LibO is the same. You can only change color for all data point or for single data point and not for several data point if they are less than all.

However, this could be a nice feature. I encourage you file an enhancement request here: https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/?enhancement=yes

Test was made with LibO 4.2.6.3
