Address Labels Database location?

I have saved my addresses file in .ods format. When I Choose File-New-Labels the Labels dialog opens. When I attempt to chose the database and table from which to get the data, all that appears is a database with the name “Bibliography”. I never created such a database and I am unable to find such a database on my computer.

How do I save my address.ods file so that the labels dialog can find it and I can insert the database fields into the Label Text box?

You need to register the file first - directions are in the Writer Guide in the Mail Merge section. You need to go to File>Wizards>Address Data Source from a Writer doc and complete the steps. ‘Bibliography’ comes with Writer as a sample file.
