I am having trouble updating from version 3.6.4.3 to 4.2.7. When i access the link it goes to my download section but clicking on it just opes a file with multiple folders with no installer from what I can tell. I am a newbie in terms of this program so any help would be appreciated
From what URL did you download? What is the filname of the downloeded file? On which operating system are you trying to install?
It’s almost certain you’re getting it from somewhere else. Even if you’re not, you’re looking at something wrong, or you’re misunderstanding it.
