Export the table as EXCEL or DBF file. then import the (copy paste) EXCEL/DBF into base if you have same field names. Watch Video's at www.TheFrugalComputerGuy.com He has base video's that shows how to import EXCEL files into base.
EASY WAY IMPORT EXCEL/DBF IS 1. Create BASE (ODB) Stay at the TABLE area 2. Open EXCEL/DBF file 3. Do a Side by Side (left BASE / right EXCEL) view 4. DRAG just the EXCEL-TAB into BASE TABLE area 5. Import WIZ will start; Make sure choose right Field types and Header make sure go thru all the screens, I wouldn't press FINISH at once. 6. Also don't forget to Assign Primary Key (Record_ID) etc.
Hope this helps....
Good Luck.
