I'm unable to open a databse in Version: 4.2.7.2 Build ID: 420m0(Build:2) to create mailing labels, is there another way?

I have searched all over the internet and tried everything I can think of but am still unable to create a database to create mailing labels. I would love to be able to mail merge as easily as it is in Excel but am not finding this to be so. I’m sure there is something I’m missing because it can’t be this complicated. Any help would be appreciated.

Your question is too imprecise. What have you tried, and what has not worked ? Unable to open a database doesn’t tell us much.
