Should default text appear in Table of Contents?

I have some default text appearing in one Writer document table of contents but not another.

I can’t see the difference between them, and cannot copy formatting or switch the text off from appearing in the TOC in the second document.

What do I need to do?

What can you do?

First inform in more details about the text you see in one but not in the other document. Ideally add screenshots; you can do now because a goddess spilled some karma on you. Also add information on what you tried to copy formatting or switch text off from appearing in the TOC INCLUDING the results of each step

Second try to see if the following hints help you already.
Hint1
If you see something in 1 document but not in the other and the text is the same or comparable in both documents, you must have a difference in the setting for the Table of Contents (TOC). Right click in the TOC > Edit Index/Table and compare item by item.
