I want to convert htmll to pdf by libreoffice, there are some checkbox inside my html page, these checkboxes are missing after converting to pdf. Does anybody know how to convert these checkbox to pdf?

Firstly you could give us an example - e.g. picture (screenshot) of what your source looks like. If there are checkbox pictures - they will get converted, just their placement may go awry and hence you may not be able to see them.
It also may be that the HTML form checkbox controls were not converted to LibreOffice checkbox controls - something you can look into by selecting the checkbox in Write (I assume this is what you are using to open the html file, right?) and seeing if you can open the control properties. If not, you can insert your own checkboxes through View - Toolbars - Form Controls - and insert a checkbox from there. That is going to be converted to clickable checkbox when you export to PDF. With placement of checkbox I usually set anchor to page and wrap to Wrap Through.
