Why does the Document Properties menu has 2 Reset buttons at the same tab?

File → Properties → General (tab) has 2 Reset buttons.
I find it unclear which Reset button does what.
It’s not common to have 2 buttons with the same name on the same display.
Other users may also find this counter-intuitive.
