Is there anyone who could develop an extension to save Libre Office files to SkyDrive and update them dynamically (i.e., just like Word does)?

There were some improvements for remote protocols in LO 4.0, but I don’t believe that Skydrive integration was one of them.
Please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information as possible. Don’t forget to mark your bug as an ‘enhancement’. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.

This is an extension for openoffice, but it will work just as well for LibreOffice. It can access basically any cloud storage to save to and from.
