I want to copy a html table that contains number like this:
8954318143175030894
when I paste into LibreOffice Calc I get this number,
8954318143175030000
I want to obtain the full text.

when pasting, select “text” formatting for the column. Otherwise it’s treated as floating-point number, and precision is about 10-11 significant digits.
If it doesn’t ask, first paste to notepad, writer (as text without formatting) or other text editor, to dispose of HTML table formatting. Then copy it from there and paste to Calc. It will show text import dialogue: https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Text_Import
Edit → Paste Special → As unformatted text, if it won’t show the dialogue again (it won’t if editor you’re pasting from something that supports formatting, like LO Write).
