Spreadsheet (cells) imported (copy & paste) into writer, upon reopening file the spreadsheet shows up as a icon (yellow plug over a document) with object 2 under it.

So-

We use a template for work, part letter part spreadsheet. I put together a template that is a writer document, with page one being the ‘letter’ portion and page two acting as a spreadsheet. Page two of the writer doc is nothing more than the cells I ‘wanted’ pasted onto the writer doc. This has worked great for months. Today however, I opened a document (that I have many hours of work into), and the chart is no longer there- it is replaced with this icon. The icon is a black background, with a yellow ‘electrical plug’ (two prong) over a white sheet of paper with the right top folded inward. At the bottom is says ‘object 2’. Can someone please aid me in figuring out such?

Thanks!
