Pivot Tables Arrangement in Calc

When I add multiple fields into the data area in a pivot table in calc, it arranges those fields in multiple rows in the same column. How do I get them arranged in multiple columns in the same row as excel 2002 onwards does?

You could do it as under Excel: Right click on the Pivot table, choose Layout, click on the “Data” 3D button and drag it to the right. The cursor changes from an arrow over a horizontal bar to an arrow over a vertical bar. Drop it and that’s it.

However Calc does one better over Excel. You don’t even have to go to the pivot table Layout. Just drag the “Data” button to the right and drop it.
