Hi!
I want to install LO on more than one machine. I will customize Writer quite heavily (what is shown on the toolbars, menus etc). Is there a way that I can make the customizations on one installation and then copy them across in a file to an installation on another machine?
I would like to copy between two machines running Windows 7
I would also like to copy between two machines running OSX 10
Copying from Win to OSX would be good too

I did not make a test with Mac OC but assume it can work the same way.
I copied my LibO user data from my Windows machine (XP/SP3 32 bit) to my Linux machine (kubuntu 64 bit) and have all my settings and templates on both of my machines. Additionally I set the icon set in both machines to be the same. It works fine in my case.
Make sure you first make a safety copy to the user data you want to replace.
Reading the wiki information @PYS kindly added. I want to add that I used the same profile of the LibO 4.3.5 (XP) for LibO 4.2.7 and 4.3.5 (Linux) It worked for me but there seems to be no guarantee in general. Save the actual user profil before doing any copying.
