IDE is abbreviated for "IntegratedDevelopmentEnvironment"...

WYSIWYG is abbreviated "WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet" .... its often used in context of HTML ...

I cannot see any relation between both especially in context to LibreOffice!?

so - the question is:
what do you want to develop and what do you want to get from what ??

I just want to have a go for the sake of learning at this stage, is there an easy to use IDE for Ubuntu 14.04 and not one that's like vi. :-)
