I’m working on my thesis. My thesis advisor sent me one of the chapters that he has checked. He sent the file in docx format, because he is using Microsoft Office. I opened the file right away with Writer, the number of page increased doubled than it should be. Then, I changed the format file to odt by using Microsoft Word. When I opened the file in Writer, it looked good, except I couldn’t fine the comments that my advisor put on some footnotes.
Does someone know how to solve this problem?
