LO4 convert to docx puts a border around images

I have a LO4 writer document with logo’s and other assorted images.
When I convert to docx format it adds a border around each image.
I can go through and remove the border, however when I save and open it up again, the border is there!

Any way to remove these borders permanently?

Added info - working with Win7 - saving as doc or docx seems to be the same. Border is a thin blue line. Can remove the border through - Picture - Border - Line - Style - none but the border comes back after a save.
