How do I find a non-existant font in a libreoffice document?

I am working on a book about my late wife’s medical problems and trying to upload it to Creatspace, Amazon’s Self-publishing arm. The automated reviewer is giving this error:

“In order to print your book using font Caibra you will need to embed the missing fonts in your file.”

I am using LibreOffice Version: 4.3.5.2.0+ Build ID: Gentoo official package.

There should not be a Caibra font in this document. The only font for the whole document should be Liberation Serif (Open Source Times New Roman equivalent).

How do I find this bogus Caibra font in a 400 page document, when it is not visually apparent?

Is there a way to change the document as a whole to the Liberation Serif font, so that all other fonts are removed?

I think you can find it with the Search & replace:

Menu/Edit/Find&Replace
Mark -Other options.
In [Format] introduce the font to search.
[Find next]

Caibra = Calibra (LibreOffice default font)?
Why don’t you just embed the fonts in the file as asked for. Go to Menu: File > Properties > Fonts and mark font as embedded.
