The only way in which I can delete a created table in Impress 4.4.2.2 is by clicking the Undo button until the created table disappears. Selecting the table and hitting Delete has no effect. It was the same under my previous version, LibO 4.4.1.2.
I run LibO on Win 7, on a new Lenovo ThinkPad E540 with 8/250 GB memory and a 4-core processor.
Grateful for hints as what to do
If your could successfully delete a table in LibO version <4.4 you most likely found a bug.

Thanks, there is no problem with LibO 3.5.7.2 which I have on my old Linux laptop. Ok, I’ll file a bug report and wait for improvements.
