I have turned the button on and off for Auto Spellcheck and it won’t underline known misspelled words. Why? this is the 3 version that doesn’t work. I can’t believe I’m the only one with the problem.
I looked under spell and to no avail.
Please search this site for “spell”. I believe one of the many solutions suggested to other users will solve your problem.
I have this problem also. I’m using 3.5.4.2 and tried the ‘workaround’ that suggests to delete your profile but this did not fix the issue. Spell check still does not work.
The release notes mention issues regarding the spellcheck functionality. Did you try the solutions proposed there?
